Yes. Since every resident has different needs, no two care plans will be the same. Before your loved one moves in, we conduct a care needs assessment to determine their level of symptoms and personal care requirements. This will serve as the foundation for a customised care plan that outlines all personal and medical care needs. We will discuss your loved one’s personal preferences with their family, current carers, and ourselves during the care assessment process so that we can honour them at our care home.

Of course. To make sure your loved one has a seamless transition into our care home and continues to receive the support and care they require, we will collaborate with anyone who is currently giving care.

The security and welfare of our residents are our top concerns. We maintain a high staff-to-resident ratio, conduct regular assessments, implement individualised care plans, and ensure a safe environment in order to meet each resident’s unique needs.

Absolutely. We are aware that your loved one may have dietary restrictions for a variety of reasons, such as medical conditions or ethical or religious convictions. We believe collaboration between families and staff is essential to providing our residents with the best care possible. Having open lines of communication is essential to involving families. We encourage family members to be part of the care planning process, working with us when decision-making, and getting regular updates on their loved one’s health. To help families get past the challenges of caring for a loved one with complex nursing needs, we also offer resources and support services.
