Branksome Park Neuro Centre is re-establishing specialist neurological care in Poole. We offer very unique and specialist care to people that has Neurological disease, spinal injuries and with very complex Nursing needs that can only be supported by Specialised team that is Nurse lead.
We offer 60 luxury large en-suite rooms segregated across 5 dedicated care suites.
At Branksome Park care centre, we provide the people using our service with personalised care plans that focus on providing dignified care and maximising sense of wellbeing. Through a combination of carrying out pre-assessments, studying medical records and talking to all involved parties, we gain a clear understanding of what we need to do.
Our residents’ medical needs are looked after right here on the premises. From doctors’ appointments and mental health assessments to dentist appointments and hearing assessments, residents benefit from having all of their medical needs tended to in familiar and safe surroundings.

We are very happy with the care my grandmother receives and the facilities in this home are really good. The activities team organised visiting times for us so we can visit the home more. Overall, they are well organised and well supported and we are pleased with the home.
