What Branksome Park Care Home Offers
Services
Facilities
Exceptional Residential Care
High-quality care starts with truly understanding each person.
Before someone joins us, we carry out thorough pre-assessments, examine medical histories, and speak in depth with both the resident and their family. This helps us shape a personalised care plan covering everything from routines to medication. We also coordinate closely with GPs, nurses, and mental health services to make sure care is complete and consistent.
Each staff member receives a copy of every resident’s care plan summary, which we revise whenever a resident’s condition or needs change. At LuxuryCare, our focus is always on the wellbeing of our residents, and we continuously review staff performance to maintain the highest standards of care.
Regular in-house GP appointments also mean your loved one’s health is closely watched, ensuring they get the right medical attention promptly when needed.
Dementia-Focused Support
With dementia, symptoms vary widely – some individuals may forget significant aspects of their past, have difficulty communicating, or struggle with routine daily activities. As the condition progresses, these challenges often intensify, making it harder for individuals to manage on their own.
This means their care needs can become quite complex and highly personalised. Providing effective support requires a compassionate, skilled approach tailored to each person’s unique situation. From memory support and communication strategies to help with daily living tasks, dementia care must evolve alongside the individual’s changing needs.
Families often need professional guidance to ensure the right care is always in place.
Our care team is dedicated to providing high-quality care to our residents with dementia. Their extensive in-house training provides the knowledge and skills required to offer the following care with empathy, respect, dignity and kindness:
- Personal Care
- Medical Care
We believe in going beyond our care duties, so our team members are always ready to offer a friendly smile or a listening ear whenever they’re needed.
Quality Nursing Care
Our team of high-calibre nurses are specifically trained to support individuals with neurological conditions, offering expert care tailored to each person’s unique needs. We provide a comprehensive range of healthcare options designed to promote recovery, independence, and quality of life. These include:
- Residential Nursing Care
- Slow-Stream Rehabilitation Pathway
- Intensive Therapy Programmes
Each service is delivered with a strong focus on compassion, clinical excellence, and long-term wellbeing. Whether someone requires ongoing support, a step-by-step recovery plan, or targeted therapy, our team works collaboratively to ensure the best outcomes. We are committed to helping each person reach their full potential.
Our team collaborates closely with community NHS therapy teams to guarantee seamless continuity of care, ensuring residents receive the right support at every stage. Regular visits from doctors and healthcare professionals mean medical attention is timely and thorough.
Beyond physical health, we monitor each resident’s psychological and spiritual wellbeing, understanding that holistic care plays a vital role in overall quality of life. By staying attuned to even subtle changes, we can adapt care plans quickly and appropriately.
This proactive, person-centred approach allows us to provide consistent, compassionate care that evolves with each individual’s needs, offering reassurance to both residents and families.

Palliative care aims to enhance life for those living with serious conditions like cancer or heart disease. It is centred on easing the pain and emotional strain these conditions often cause.
Palliative care differs from end-of-life care, which typically begins when someone has six months or less to live, by being available at any illness stage. It can be delivered alongside treatments aimed at curing the illness and is frequently combined with other therapies to control symptoms and support wellbeing.
Outstanding Day Care Services
Our elderly day care service is an extension of our commitment to providing exceptional care and is available at each of our care homes. Our flexible daycare programme is designed for individuals who seek social interaction, engaging activities, and professional care during the day but prefer the comfort of their own home at night.
Your loved one will enjoy a vibrant atmosphere with a wide range of activities tailored to their interests and abilities. From therapeutic exercises to creative arts, our activities are structured to promote mental and physical wellbeing. Nutritious meals and snacks are included, prepared with dietary needs in mind.
Through our daycare services, we want to enrich lives and build a community where everyone feels valued and connected. Our hourly rate is just £19.95, and our daily rate is £145 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Personalised Care
At the heart of high-quality care is a deep understanding of each individual.
Before a new resident moves in, we conduct pre-assessments, review medical records, and hold detailed conversations with both the person moving in and their family members. This allows us to create a detailed care plan that takes into account everything from daily routines to medication schedules. Our team work closely with GPs, mental health organisations, and nurses to provide comprehensive care on all levels.
We provide a copy of each resident’s care plan summary to every staff member, and we update it if a person’s condition or needs change over time. Our top priority at LuxuryCare is the health and happiness of our residents, and we make sure to consistently monitor and evaluate our staff to make sure they’re providing the highest level of care possible.
You can also rest assured that your loved one will receive the right medical attention at the right time with our regular in-house GP appointments. These ensure your loved one’s health is monitored and any illness treated in a timely manner.
