What Are the Referral Terms?
We’ve made the process transparent and simple. Here’s what you need to know:
- The referral must be for a new enquiry not already in contact with LuxuryCare.
- The person referred must become a permanent resident at one of our homes.
- The £500 John Lewis voucher is issued after the resident has completed their qualifying period (typically 4 weeks).
- Only personal referrals are eligible – referral agencies or businesses are not included.
- One voucher is issued per successful referral.
