We are very happy with the care my grandmother receives and the facilities in this home are really good. The activities team organised visiting times for us so we can visit the home more. Overall, they are well organised and well supported and we are pleased with the home.

We cannot thank all the staff enough for looking after Mum so well and making it possible to visit. We appreciate all the effort you've gone to, to make it safe and possible to visit during this Covid 19 pandemic. The facilities are amazing and all staff are always so warm and welcoming. We feel so lucky to have such wonderful people caring for our very special lady.

I felt very welcome when visiting a relative at Seabourne and noticed all staff had smiles on their faces and were very approachable. My relative is delighted with his room and the care, food and facilities provided.

My Father receives excellent care and support and everyone I have dealt with has been extremely helpful. Communications with the staff is always quick and detailed. I am pleased that my Father is happy and safe and I would not hesitate to recommend Seabourne House.
Jhon H, Seabourne
The carers are first class. They all know the residents likes and dislikes and treat them all as individuals. The management is always available to listen and help.

The care, compassion and dignity provided to my brother are outstanding. All the staff are so kind and engaging with him and with us, his family. The facility is superb and the food is excellent and nourishing. I have nothing but the highest praise for the wonderful team that cares so well for the residents. You are all amazing! Thank you so much.
Sarah B, Regency Manor
There are so many exceptional staff at Regency Manor that it is difficult to choose one thing that epitomises the wonderful care, love and friendship that the residents experience. Perhaps the following will show why Regency Manor is, in my opinion, "head and shoulders" above most other care homes. My mother enjoys weekend trips out but her mobility recently meant it was extremely difficult for me to move her safely between her wheelchair and my car. A member of the activities team has a classic London taxi and he has arrived, off duty, on several Sundays to take me and mum in her wheelchair, for some wonderful cream teas. He combines this with bringing another lady to spend precious time with her husband, who is a resident at Regency Manor. When we arrive back with mum he collects the other lady and takes her home again. She is unable to visit without this help so this kind act brings joy and enrichment to 4 lives and we are all very grateful. This is just one instance of the way staff at Regency Manor go above and beyond what is expected of them. Well done, each and every one of you.

My father was formally diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2013. He has been a resident of Aranlaw since February 2017, after unsuccessful stays at two other Care Homes. The first could not accommodate his 'exploring'. The second was glossy and professionally run, but restrictive and regimented. Aranlaw strikes just the right balance. It is a true home full of care. We can call in at any time to visit, and all residents are treated with respect and affection. The staff are warm, welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and it is heartwarming to see the staff interact with the residents. Aranlaw is always spotless and the food excellent. My father is at the stage where he is unable to sit up. No problem at Aranlaw, a special chair was purchased for him which helps to support him. This means he is not bedbound and can join the other residents in the lounge, dining hall and outside. Thanks to Aaranlaw, his quality of life is the best it can be at this stage of the disease.
Susan C, Aranlaw House
Since my husband has been at Aranlaw House he seems so well, and so much more alert. I notice the staff all seem very well trained and take their time with all of the residents. So much patience and definitely doesn't go unnoticed. The food is excellent - full marks to the chef. Cleanliness at Aranlaw is wonderful, always pristine. Activities are really good - very well organised. Thank you all.
D B, Aranlaw House
Aranlaw has been amazing for mum. The staff are phenomenal - nothing is too much trouble. They are kind, patient, caring, fun, happy... the list is endless. The food is tasty and varied. They keep mum stimulated every day with fun activities and trips out. She is lucky to be a resident and mums general wellbeing and happiness has improved since she has been here. Thank you.
Clare A, Aranlaw House
Before Dad entered the home, we found staff to be very friendly. On entering the home Dad was made to feel at home straight away. Staff were on hand to assist him if he needed help, they treated him as if he had been there a long time.
A P, Aranlaw House
Wonderful Home, they are doing an amazing job during the Coronavirus Outbreak, I couldn't be happier. The home is lovely and the garden big and has enough space for my sister to come out a bit and have a relaxing day.
April H, Aranlaw House
Seabourne House has supported my grandfather very well through his journey with Alzheimer's disease. As his needs have changed, the staff have adapted their approach in the best ways to ensure he gets the care he needs and throughout to remain as independent as possible. The staff have shown excellent skills and attentiveness. Manager and staff are fantastic.
Joyce Burn, Seabourne House
My Dad has been a resident since Sept 2019 and I have nothing but praise for the health and well being of my Dad. My Mum and I could not ask for a better place for our loved one. The staff are wonderful and extremely friendly, kind and nothing is ever too much trouble for any of them. I visited many homes before placing my Dad and am pleased that I chose this wonderful caring home.
Mr S Brown, Eagles Mount
I have looked at a range of places in Poole and I really liked Eagles Mounr Nursing Home. The home felt loved, clean and tidy. I am very impressed by all the staff especially a chap called Gary. The manager Julie and the rest of her team were friendly smiley. They are always very pleasant. The nursing team are brilliant and have listened to our concerns. The Carers have a really hard job and go above their duties and are always pleasant. They really do care. The activities team are so animated and work really hard to make sure people are active. So far so good!
Mrs X Avalos, Eagles Mount
I have only good things to say about this care home. In my experience the residents are engaged, active and happy and the staff are caring. Management hold regular resident and relatives meetings and the activities team ensure that all residents, regardless of care need, can get involved. I took a lot of time choosing a care home for my relative and am still pleased with the choice of Regency Manor in Poole, UK.
L C, Regency Manor
Excellent care home. We cannot fault the service and the staff are amazing, so friendly and always have a smile on their faces. After Dad could not care for Mum anymore we were anxious about putting her in care, the staff made the transition smooth and put our minds at rest. Regency Manor has now become Mum's safe place and myself and the rest of the family are happy she is there.
Mrs P Jordan, Regency Manor
You may be interested to know that during her stay with you, she received a visit from a member of the Dorset Healthcare Community Mental Health team. She has remarked to me how impressed she was with the care my Mother received whilst with you, the caring approach and the way staff positively engaged with her to provide reassurance. This was consistent with my own observations and those of other visitors.
