Sam Johnson (Care Home Manager) hosted today’s residents and family meeting at Seabourne. There were many positives such as the premier steak served the other day and the lancashire sausages that Christina Attley (Head Chef) has now introduced! The residents felt that although they could see the benefits of the quality assurance questionnaires, there were too many questions and the forms need to simplified as well as being more user friendly. Looks like the introduction of our red, green, amber faces would be useful here. Sam also introduced her new activities coordinator and established that the would be a vote by the residents to decide if they were happy for the care givers to share their dinning room at lunch time to promote our community feel.
